All Remote and No Control Lyrics
by Eric Avery
The first time I've transcribed a song, thanks to my mate Rich for helping me
figure out the chords.
Chords used
C x32010 (for intro, verse and solo), 8,10,10,988 (for pre-chorus and chorus)
Strumming pattern:
^ v^v^v^
Strumming pattern:
^ ^ v ^^v vv^
Every man and every woman,
Stood stock still,
And turned to you,
Everything looks too familiar,
That means,
That you've been still,
Strumming pattern:
^ (hold chord and re-pick top two notes, see below) (note: this is the nearest I
can get on an acoustic to the sound of the original, don't take it as accurate if
playing electric with two guitars, just hold the chord for ten beats)
Chorus:
Strumming pattern - same as pre-chorus
When I can see it, I can see it,
(All that comes must go),
And when I can' see it, I can't see it,
(All remote and no control),
When I can feel it, I can feel it,
(The whole world loves a cage),
And when I can't feel it, I can't feel it,
(All remote and no control)
Repeat intro
Sun seemss frozen low in the winter sky,
Metallic day,
Both cold and dry,
At every path and every station I see you walk down and the wax keeps
melting and I know that I can't, stop and explain.
Repeat intro
Strumming pattern: ^ ^ V ^^V ^ V (this is the closest I could figure out)
Strumming pattern: ^ ^ V ^^V ^ V
And I can only imagine when, I'd see this time, this street again,
The moments that tick by, won't tick back by,
And I can only imagine when, I'd see this time, this street again
The moments that tick by, won't tick back by.
Strumming pattern: ^ ^ V ^^V ^ V
