This is my first time submitting a tab on CGR :)
Always been a fan of Phil Joel and I love this song.
The main progression starts the song and plays in the background
for most of the song:

The main power chords are pretty easy (just hold your fingers
the same way and slide up and down the neck:

And thats about it...the song is set up a little weird
so you will have to use some judgement at the bridges.
But it sounds just fine using basic chords with a little
CCR rhythm.
