I was a little sorry to not find this song up since it's one of the best pop punk songs
to come out the last handful of years. So I went ahead and tabbed the rythem, but the lead
guitar just plays octave powerchords that, but it's easy (except he does slide during
one part). So that all said and all, please tabbed out more Steinways/Houseboat or Dear Landlord.
