This is pretty much an acoustic version of the Winter Gloves' song "Factories"
Intro:
First time Guitar 1 only, second time Guitars 1 and 2 in unison.
Verse:
Guitar 2 simply scratches on the strings to the rhythm of Guitar 1.

Guitar 1:
I've tabbed it on the G string because the tone better fits the song and make the high
part seem more separate from the lower part, but of course playing 0-2-3 on the B string
works as well.
Guitar 2:
Plays a G bar chord on the third fret followed by a D chord repetitively.
Repeat Verse
Repeat Chorus
Repeat the Intro, but add another repetition without the last four notes at the end.
