Carl fingers a couple of strange looking chords for the 'I want you, I need you' bit.
Carl spielt ein paar seltsam aussehende Akkorde für den „Ich will dich, ich brauche dich“-Teil.
something like a D5 and a G5 at teh 10th fret, like this:
so etwas wie ein D5 und ein G5 am 10. Bund, etwa so:
'I want you' 'I need you'
„Ich will dich“ „Ich brauche dich“
Those chords aren't right though but they sound close.
Diese Akkorde sind zwar nicht richtig, aber sie klingen nah.
After that you start from the Dm, A#, A again.

The lead parts are major pentatonics-ish like the other guy said but I haven't worked
