This song was recorded using a seven string guitar strung as though it were the lower of
eight string guitar. To record Nothing, Fredrik and Marten tuned their eight strings
E, F, Eb or Bb (for Spasm)? CEV is tuned to F, which, low to high is: F Bb Eb Ab Gb Bb
This tablature is only for the rhythm parts and the clean intermission, but will attempt
solo at a later date. Note that all bends indicated in the tab are no more than a half step.
As far as playing this piece along with the CD is concerned, the easiest way is to tune
guitar up a half step and play through a distorted amplifier. Bass strings are heftier
guitar strings so some of the bends on the first fret may be very but you will be able
play along to the disk with the correct pitches.
