London Town Lyrics

William Control London Town Lyrics

Year: 2008
Key: G Minor
Intro starts with a simple riff, then a strummed G Minor
Fifth time round play the same with a A# chord strummed at the end for about 2 and a half bars
Play the whole intro twice through, then go to the verse starting with the riff
and followed with strummed chords:
Hate I would forever lie
I would fake all the times
A# F (Last two chord changes are half the length
That you broke me down misery of the previous ones)
Hate covered in broken glass
My skeleton bones will last
Far beyond flowers and dust
So where would I be?
Repeat the intro once and then move on to the second first which follows the same pattern:
Love the feeling I've lost control
Failing so beautiful
When you left me there misery
Hates blacken my artery
Harden my every
fiber of grief stricken love
So where would I be?
Then the chorus:
Sadness in London Town
I walk the streets of Leicester Square
Sadness in my own heart's sound
I walk till dawn the disappear
Repeat Verse 1 And Chorus
Then repeat intro riff ad lib, slowing the tempo gradually and ending with A#
