play that, then on the second time through add a muted open chord before every '3' bar chord.
then after the "LOST MY MIND" scream, play it through twice but let the open chord ring.
then it changes up a little

That's pretty much the whole song. Feel free to modify it to suit you, especially the slides.
You can play an artificial harmonic instead of the '19' on the 4th string during the
verse if you are good at them,
