This uses really heavy crunchy distortion. It's in a pretty slow 4/4.
Intro/Verse:

Bridge:
Then go back to the Intro/Chorus
Then during the "Chorus" the last time there is a backwards guitar solo.
That should be just about it. It varies a little at the end but you'll be
able to figure it out.
