Crazy Eyes Lyrics
Submitted as previous version's lyrics with correct chords in bridge and chorus
I just corrected the chords and added some chords. Might as well play it w/o capo it is easier.
1st versions main riff seems correct so have lead player play with Capo at 2nd fret and play this
Lead section Capo 2
Pay this along with the version on Tennessee pusher as the Rhythm Section
Intro-Play lead 2x through
Verse 1- Slide guitar fill with this section (sorry cant tab it)
I'm just a weary soul, I got nowhere to go
Where I can ease my mind, nowhere can peace I find,
I have a troubled mind, worried all the time
They call me crazy eyes, 'cause I can't keep from crying,
I've walked the longest mile for the darkest while,
And it kills my heart to see my people down,
They call me crazy eyes I have a troubled mind,
And a cardboard sign and a jug of wine,
Chorus-
But I'll be all right,
If I can make it through the night
Main Riff x2
Verse 2-
Say can you spare some change, I'm not the dangerous type
Just a hard-hit friend with an empty pipe
And when the morning comes, I struggle in the light
But I'll be alright, if I can just get high
Chorus-
Said I'll be all right,
If I can just get high,
Bridge-
Take a look at my crazy eyes,
Mama say if I'll be all right
Ooooooooooh, Ooooooo-oo-oo-oooh
Take a look at my crazy ey-ey-eyes
Mama say if I'll be all right
Heeeeeeey, heeeeeeeeey-E-E-heeey
Main Riff x2
Verse 1- (Play Main riff to finish behind verse)
I'm just a weary soul, I got nowhere to go,
Where I can ease my mind, nowhere can peace I find,
I have a troubled mind, worried all the time
They call me crazy eyes...
...'cause I can't keep from cryin'
