This is mostly Brian Knop's version, but i found the verse to be wrong,
so i'm correcting that. I think riffs 2 and 3 are right, so i'll just
update the verse and leave the rest as is.
Chords defined:
edited riff 1 (it should go like this, slide to the ten then 9)

Well, that's my revision. I'm still not completley sure about
the last chorus. It definatley is played differently from the
others, but i'm not sure if the chords there (the ones Brian
