This is at least close. It's difficult to pick exact chords out of
the mix. I can't always hear the chord changes either; I have to
just be confident that they're there. Sometimes it sounds like they skip
the G, but maybe C is just emphasized more. Maybe G should be G/D?
Anyway, let me know if you have any suggestions.
