Buckethead uses many different effects in his songs. I can't accurately
describe how he gets his sound, so play it however you want. I know some
parts sound like they should be an octave higher or lower so if u have an
octave effect, use it I guess. He's definitely using a wah pedal at least
for the end of the song and there's some delay throughout most of it too.

That thing on the B string that looks like this "(15)rb14" means you have
to bend the 14th fret up a half step, THEN strum the note and release the
bend. Thus the name "release bend". You'll get it if you listen to the
song.
