Jon Allen plays the song with his guitar tuned down a whole step and his capo on the 4th fret. So you can just use a capo on the second fret on standard tuning.
The G7 chord he uses isnt your usual |3-2-0-0-0-1|, but instead he uses the |3-2-3-0-0-x/3| variant,
in wich he alternates the first fret on the B string.
