A great song, kind of hard to tab though because there's so much going on...
*The guitar part throughout the song is basically just playing octaves:

Since the song is entirely based around this structure (the chorus is picked like that
I won't tab the rest...but here are the chords for the entire song:

The last chorus is just the guitar which is going:

The outro is just F#m, with *maybe* a D chord thrown in there (similar to the rhythm of
intro chords, replace the A with the D) but it's hard to tell because the toms on the
kind of muddy the bass
