Capoicity Lyrics
by Powderfinger
Capocity - Powderfinger
of the album internationalist
writtern by Bernard Fanning
* Updated Solo, and piano arrangement all else original
I reckon this has to be my faviourite track of the album, then Belter.
I think the solo in this rocks and, yes i have included the solo, but its very
approxamate. Apart from the solo which is not exactly mind boggling the rest
of the song is pretty easy.
also, there is not a terrible ammont of guitar in this song, most of it is organ
pedals but i've sort of made a strum along in some parts.
chords;
s2
intro;
verse;
honesty is out of style, so hammer in the coffin nails
a message sent across to land, with kissers for you
chorus thing;
we'll tell them nothing, our little secret
they'll never make us, ever open up
at this point a little fill by guitar 2 comes in and goes over the verse
verse;
tradition in and out the door, family our fatal flaw
a future frameless in design, a seamless concept
chorus;
we'll tell then nothing, our little secret
they'll never make us ever open up
never break our trust
until we're coffin dust
stop then...
well here it is but as i said at the start it's very approxamate so if you have
corrections e-mail me.....p.s the notes in brackets are played really softly.....
straight after that there is this fill (this is also played under the solo)
but im really not sure about that riff so for the time being just strum E,C
and B under the words
when this feeling fades,
it'll all seem like a waste
breakdown;
piano arranged for guitar (i think its right, again e-mail me)
the occasinal strumings are just straming Asus2,
then the outro
outro;
fragile bond has shaken loose, the secret love a shrinking noose
sufficated on the truth, left with nothing
fragile bond has shaken loose, the secret love a shrinking noose
sufficated on the truth, left with nothing
left with nothing
left with nothing.......
finish on E
(fade)
well thats Capocity, as i said before i'm not sure about the solo or that riff
after the solo. E-mails would be greatly appriciated same with corrections,
my E-mail is d_colson@stpatricks.tas.edu.au
The solo is probably totally wrong, but its what i came up with :)
this is my first tab so be nice
