Is It Like Today? Lyrics

Here is a great song from the former Waterboy's memeber Karl Wallinger.
His new band is called World Party and this is a song called Is it like today.
Any help with it would be greatly appreciated. The chords are ok, but the timing
is probably not perfect(without my guitar here). As you see, I also need some
help with the lyrics. Anyway here it is.....
Many years ago he looked out trough a glassless window
All that he could see was Babylon

But there was a worry in his heart
